In May 2005, CCI in partnership with a Cherokee Investment Partners, LLC, closed on the purchase of a former coatings manufacturing facility from a U.S. public company. The 9-acre property is located in central Oakville.

The property is attractive in-fill redevelopment site - well located with excellent access to the QEW highway and highway 403 and in close proximity to the Oakville GO Station.

CCI is remediating and redeveloping the site on a phased basis. In late 2007, CCI completed the sale of a 4.25-acre parcel.
