CCI typically acquires an asset or portfolio of assets and indemnifies the seller from environmental liability through the use of insurance policies and other customized risk transfer methods.
CCI can also structure sale-leaseback arrangements when sellers want to maintain the use of properties.
CCI also will joint venture with owners of brownfield properties in the remediation and redevelopment of their sites.
